Reservations:

1. Booking Confirmation: Your reservation is subject to availability and will be confirmed upon receipt of a reservation confirmation from our team.

2. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in time is noon, and check-out time is 10:00 AM. Requests for early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Age Categories: Please provide accurate information about the number of adults, children (aged 2-11), and infants (aged 0-1) in your group.

4. Cancellation Policy:

   • Cancellations made 7 days before the check-in date are eligible for a full refund.
   • Cancellations made within 24 hours may incur a cancellation fee. 
   • In the event of a no-show, the full booking amount will be charged.

5. Payment: A 25% deposit is required to secure your reservation. The remaining balance will be due upon check-in.

6. Food Services: Please select your preferred food service option: Full Board, Half Board, or Bed & Breakfast.
